Lieu clos

Lieu clos is a story made of sounds and a question: is a space a geographical place limited by its nature, a place linked to intentions, or simply a dimension of a state? Closed place is representative of a more general space, a living space, both real and imaginary.

Lieu clos was produced with the support of the FACR -Fonds d'Aide à la Création Radiophonique- and premiered at the Muziek in de stad festival (Antwerp).

Lieu clos has won competitions: Phonurgia nova (France), first prize in the Acoustic Art category in 1995; Ear (Hungary), Special Prize in the Ars radiophonica category in 1995; Russolo (Italy), Honor mention in the Hörspiele category in 1998.
