The Studies on Spatial Objects take up the same ideas and titles but guide the listener through a specific sound space made possible today thanks to multiphony and the ergonomic tools developed by Musiques & Recherches for its composition studios.
The work explores several spatial behaviours:
Spatial Objects Exhibited (2025) introduces figures of pointillist and moving-source space.
Spatial Objects Extended (2025) immerses the listener in a blurred ambiophonic space.
Spatial Objects with Animated Sounds creates a spatial polyphony of geometric figures and complex movements.
