Petit Ruisseau

This piece for solo piano was composed, at the request of the André Dumortier International Competition, for young students at music academies. The piece is simply titled “Petit ruisseau” (Little Stream), with the allegorical meaning that “small streams make great rivers,” expressing the hope that today's young students at music academies will become the great musicians of tomorrow.
